 t of a series. There are 4 sessions taking place on Wednesdays: January 15
 \, 22\, 29\; February 5.</p>\n<p>Early Learning Programs for young childre
 n at WPL are based on literacy research and include tips and information f
 or parents and caregivers. Your active participation in these programs wil
 l maximize the experience for you and your child.</p>\n<p>We kindly remind
  you that registrations will be removed if the registered person does not 
 meet the program&rsquo\;s specified age requirements.</p>\n<hr />\n<p><str
