 er of the <a href="https://www.scbwi.org/regions/inlandnw">Society for Chi
 ldren's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). </a></p>\n<p>About the auth
 or:</p>\n<p>Lora Senf is a writer of dark and twisty stories for all ages.
  She is the author of <em>The Blight Harbor Books i</em>ncluding <em>The C
 lackity</em> and the Bram Stoker Award-winning <em>The Nighthouse Keeper.<
 /em> She lives in Spokane with her husband\, their twins\, an axolotl\, an
 d one large\, orange cat who thinks he's a person. Their house is probably
