The Festival is organize d by Spokane Public Library and presented in partnership with Wishing Tree Books and the local chapt er of the Society for Chi ldren's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).

\nLora Senf is a writer of dark and twisty stories for all ages. She is the author of The Blight Harbor Books including The C lackity and the Bram Stoker Award-winning The Nighthouse Keeper.< /em> She lives in Spokane with her husband\, their twins\, an axolotl\, an d one large\, orange cat who thinks he's a person. Their house is probably haunted.
