The World at War Forum is proud to present "An E vening with Eleanor Roosevelt" presented by the talented Ruth Pangrace. Ru th presents the story of Eleanor Roosevelt\, the wife of President Frankli n D. Roosevelt. She was never content to just be his wife. Together they f ormed a formidable duo as she became heavily involved with FDR's re-electi on campaigns\, but also involved with charitable works\, the League of Wom en Voters\, and held press conferences for women reporters and travelled g iving lectures explaining New Deal Initiatives.

Women in History i s dedicated to the education of all people\, regardless of age\, race or s ocio-economic status through the dramatic recreation of the lives of notab le women \;in history. Women in History began in Lakewood\, Ohio in 19 91 and each of the character portrayals involves large amounts of research \, interviews with historians and biographers\, and when possible visiting locales their subjects visited and lived in.
