 -by-step in painting a starry and wintery night using a touch of the paint
 ing style of Vincent Van Gogh. Your brush strokes will follow the form of 
 the wind and the snowy landscape below! Beginners are most welcome&mdash\;
 no experience is necessary. We'll be using permanent\, acrylic paints\, so
  please wear clothes that can get stained\, just in case.</p>\n<p>Painting
  sessions are available on the following dates and times. Choose the sessi
 on that works best for you:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>January 27 at 3:45&ndash\;4:45p
 m</li>\n<li>February 17 at 2:30&ndash\;3:30pm (Presidents' Day holiday)</l
 i>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Registration begins January 20 for January 27's 
 program. Participants must be in grades 3&ndash\;5. To ensure successful s
 ignup\, each child needs to be registered separately\, using the child's f
 irst and last name&mdash\;not the parent's name&mdash\;on the registration
  form. A library card number is not required. </strong></em>Children in gr
 ade 5 and below must have a caregiver on library premises during the progr
 am.</p>\n<p>Please enjoy all snacks before and after the program. We ask a
 ll attendees to refrain from eating during the program so that all partici
 pants can focus on and engage with the event's activities together.</p>\nh
