  voice through methods such as journaling\, prompts\, and vocal practice.<
 /p>\n<p>Robin Bruce is a writer\, visual artist\, musician\, and contempla
 tive artist\, weaving multiple disciplines into performance art\, songs\, 
 and manuscripts for television and film. She also teaches meditation\, dee
 p relaxation\, and breathwork classes in Northwest Arkansas\, using singin
 g and guided visualization as portals into spaces of rest and deep care. S
 he&rsquo\;s released three records under the name Dharampal and published 
 two full-length manuscripts: one emphasizing memoir\, journaling\, and med
 itation\; the other\, a text-and-image piece titled\, Dear Gordon. In 2021
 \, she received the Artists 360 Practicing Artist Grant\, and later\, the 
 Benjamin Lever Tuition Fellowship from the University of Arkansas in 2023.
  Her M.A. is in Religious Studies from Naropa University and she&rsquo\;s 
 in her fourth and final year of the MFA in Creative Writing and Translatio
 n at The University of Arkansas. Through her teaching\, performances\, rec
 ordings\, and writing\, she highlights themes of friendship\, love\, commu
