 rs to practice your breathing techniques\, and improve your heart rate\, m
 ental focus\, and relaxation. Chair yoga is a relaxation that also energiz
 es&nbsp\;body and mind by connecting breath to stretches and gentle moveme
 nts. This activity improves posture\, flexibility\, balance\, strength\, a
 nd mind/body awareness. It helps to promote more steadiness and confidence
  in one&rsquo\;s body along with an overall sense of well-being and peace.
  We will have intermittent meditative music to accompany the class and&nbs
 p\;close with a brief meditation.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Care receivers (and every
 one) are welcome to join us for social hour featuring music\, games\, arts
