This session of B.U.R.S.T. will include se nsory driven creative projects. Children and their families will get to pl ay with and explore different art/craft mediums while learning tools to re gulate emotions and sensory stimulation. There will also be a focus and at tention to learning how to create without self-doubt. This will be accompl ished by practicing language with each other that uplifts without criticis m.

Developing sensory skills in children 0-5 years old gives them the building blocks for healthy social skills\, emotion regulation\, and s tress tolerance. \; During these sessions\, families will learn skills and tools for supporting sensory development in their children\, and kids will have a blast using all of their senses to create wonderful art piece s! Please wear clothing you don't mind getting a bit messy!
