 ershed Association since 2017 and now serves as its Executive Director. Sh
 e holds a master&rsquo\;s degree in marine science and is passionate about
  restoring our local waterways for future generations.</p>\n<p>Fred has be
 en working to restore oysters at his dock in St Patrick's Creek for over 2
 0 years. A founding Board Member of FSCB\, his workboat has ferried many t
