 bsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Bob&nbsp\;DeKoch</strong>&nbsp\;-&nbsp\; has&nbsp\;o
 ver 40 years of diverse experience in executive&nbsp\;leadership\, which i
 ncluded 20 years&nbsp\;leading The Boldt Company\, a&nbsp\;$1 billion&nbsp
 \;construction services and&nbsp\;real estate development company. He has 
 developed novel insights into&nbsp\;leadership thinking and practice.&nbsp
 \;</p>\n<p><strong>Aimee Sanchez-Zadak\, Ed.D.\,</strong>&nbsp\;has served
  as an Adjunct Professor at NSU since 1997\, teaching various courses in p
 sychology. She serves as a Behavioral Strategist and Life Editor and devel
 oped the Counting Down program to educate individuals in corporate and pri
 vate environments. Through this approach\, she breaks down one's descripti
 on of "feeling anxious and lost" to the core&nbsp\;of the client's life ru
 les based on their belief system. This process helps clients understand\, 
 predict\, and&nbsp\;resolve the triggers causing their life outcomes.&nbsp
 \;Zadak&nbsp\;also serves as chair of the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation
 \, for which she&nbsp\;reviews grants for the Educational and Scientific C
 ommittees. She is an advocate for women's rights to choose their health ou
 tcomes and was named among 2012's Hispanic Women of Distinction.&nbsp\;</p
