 ingh was born and raised in India and moved to the United States in 1999. 
 An architect in the past\, Sita now writes heartwarming stories set agains
 t a South Asian backdrop. Sita&rsquo\;s picture books include&nbsp\;Birds 
 of a Feather\, a Dolly Parton Imagination Library selection\, and&nbsp\;Ma
 ngo Memories. Her upcoming titles are&nbsp\;Let's Celebrate Diwali (coming
  in 2025) and&nbsp\;Indigo Hands&nbsp\;(coming in 2026). Sita&rsquo\;s sto
 ries are inspired by her experiences of living in the East and the West\, 
 and she loves sharing them with children and adults. When not reading or w
 riting\, Sita spends her time cooking elaborate meals\, walking her very c
 urious dog\, and movie marathoning with her family\, with whom she lives i
