 a life skills educational program filled with hope and empowering&nbsp\;ch
 oices to escape violence.&nbsp\; In today's world\, children and their par
 ents deserve the ability to recognize violence and harm like abduction\, b
 ullying\, abuse\, or sexual assault. By replacing fear with confidence and
  skills\, we will help children prevent or escape violence. We will litera
 lly save lives. The class is fun\, energetic\, and interactive. Class incl
 udes 8 hours of instruction &amp\; practice\, a training manual\, and ligh
 t refreshments.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>About the Instructor:</strong></p
 >\n<p>Darlene Gentry has over thirty years&rsquo\; experience in martial a
 rts\, women&rsquo\;s self-defense\, and self-defense education for the pub
 lic. She teaches self-defense part-time at St. Mary&rsquo\;s College of Ma
 ryland and has instructed women's self-defense courses in many different v
 enues. Darlene also regularly teaches R.A.D. courses for free at <a href="
 https://www.lpbconline.org/rad">Lexington Park Baptist Church.</a></p>\n<p
