 rong>Deven Sisler</strong>\, the founder of her own Kids Yoga &amp\; Mindf
 ulness teacher training\, is a forerunner in making the esoteric accessibl
 e and fun in the realm of kids' yoga &amp\; mindfulness\, as well as dynam
 ic school programming and inspirational Teacher Trainings. Drawing from tw
 o decades of study of the eight limbs of yoga\, she published her first bo
 ok\,&nbsp\;<em>The Yamas in Pajamas: A Guide to Getting Started with Yoga 
 for Kids and their Adults</em>\, in 2023. She manages the Namaspa Kids Yog
