 t time. A library card is required for registration. If you do not have a 
 card\, click&nbsp\;<a href="https://jaxpubliclibrary.org/services/get-libr
 ary-card">here&nbsp\;</a>to obtain a card. Please add the name of each par
 ticipant in the program when completing registration.</p>\n<p>Attendance i
 s limited. Please arrive early to check in. Check in starts 30 minutes pri
 or to the start of the program. When the program begins\, unfilled registe
 red spots will be made available to customers at a first come\, first serv
 ed basis.</p>\n<p>This program is intended for youth participants and thei
 r families. Large groups or organizations should send program requests to 
 <span style="color: #0000ff\;">jplyouthservices@coj.net</span> two days pr
 ior to the program. All requests may not be accommodated.</p>\n<p>Pursuant
