 ed at increasing energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions. Funded b
 y a US Department of Energy grant\, this program provides eligible residen
 ts of Peterborough and Harrisville with incentives to make energy efficien
 t upgrades in their homes.</p>\n<p>Residents of Peterborough and Harrisvil
 le are eligible for financial incentives of up to $3\,300 in the form of a
  reimbursement for home energy efficiency upgrades. Eligible home energy e
 fficiency upgrades include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat pump air conditioner/heate
 r</li>\n<li>Weatherization</li>\n<li>Electric panel and/or wiring</li>\n<l
 i>Heat pump water heater</li>\n<li>Electric/induction stove</li>\n<li>Heat
