 <p><strong>What is Stop the Bleed?</strong></p>\n<p>The "Stop the Bleed" p
 rogram was developed to train people on the basic techniques of controllin
 g and stopping a life-threatening bleed. The program is designed to work i
 n any situation where there might be a bleeding emergency &mdash\; not jus
 t in the event of an active-shooter situation. This one-hour training will
  give participants the confidence and skills to stop a life-threatening bl
 eed and save someone's life.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Earn 1 SSL hour for
