The longest book in the world is a multi-d isciplinary arts project aimed at producing a concertina book - the longes t book in the world. This will be a community made travel book focusing on popular\, treasured\, and personal landmarks within the boundaries of the City of Greater Geelong to produce the longest book in the world. Geelong aims to beat the last recorded length of a concertina book of 814.26 metr es created by Yang Shuanming of in Taiyuan\, Shanxi China in 2019 (as reco rded in the Guinness Book of records).
