 oga class designed to meet all students where they are. We use blocks and 
 straps and sometimes chairs to support our bodies in gentle yoga poses. Th
 is class is usually on the mat\, but may occasionally be a chair-based pra
 ctice.</p>\n<p>Most classes are focused on breathing\, stretching\, and re
 laxing. Occasionally we add in a standing\, balance-focused practice. Over
 all\, the intent is to have a gentle\, supportive\, and well-rounded yoga 
 practice together.</p>\n<p><br />Yoga instructor Joan Robinson has trained
  in classical hatha yoga at Mount Madonna Institute in Santa Cruz\, Califo
 rnia\, and has additional training in functional and yin yoga practices.</
 p>\n<p><br />Doors open 10 minutes before class. Please come early if you 
 are new to yoga\, new to this class\, and/or need special accommodations.<
