 l chefs will prepare a budget-friendly\, seasonal dish with fresh produce 
 available at the Summit Lake Neighborhood Farmers' Market and/or Let's Gro
 w Akron Community Farm Market. Details about these markets will be shared

 e</strong>&nbsp\;food kits\, including the ingredients needed to prepare t
 he seasonal dish\, will be available starting at <strong>noon the day prio
 r to the event</strong> at the <strong>Highland Square Branch Library&nbsp
 \;</strong>while supplies last. Food kits are limited to the <strong>first
  ten people&nbsp\;</strong>to claim them in-person during the pick-up time
 . These cannot be reserved and are limited to one per person. Food kits ar

 rary.</strong></p>\n<p>The&nbsp\;theme for this series of classes is local
 \, seasonal eating. The benefits of cooking and eating produce grown local
 ly and harvested in season will be emphasized. Seasonal produce is more re
 adily available and is\, therefore\, more affordable at grocery stores or 
 farmers' markets. Local produce is harvested closer to ripeness and travel
 s a shorter distance from the farm to the grocery store\, retaining more n
 utrients and reducing environmental impact. Purchasing from local growers 
 and producers stimulates and strengthens the local economy. Seasonal produ
 ce grown and harvested locally has the best flavor!</p>\n<p>Each class wil
 l include a 30-minute cooking demonstration plus 15 minutes for Q&amp\;A a
 nd 15 minutes to receive information about Let's Grow Akron Community Farm
  Market\, Summit Lake Neighborhood&nbsp\;Farmers' Market\, and local farme
