 ehicles at the Germantown Library.<br />Electric vehicles are quickly beco
 ming a major part of transportation in Montgomery County - in the last yea
 r\, nearly 1 out of every 4 new vehicle registrations in the County has be
 en electric. In this education session\, Montgomery County Department of E
 nvironmental Protection (DEP) will present on the benefits of plug-in vehi
 cles\, how and where to charge electric vehicles\, and other information a
 bout EV ownership. DEP will share information about local\, state\, and ut
 ility incentives for EVs and EV charging as well as the plans to build EV 
 charging at County buildings and other public spaces.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Thi
 s program will take place in the lower level meeting room at Germantown Li
