 </strong>Clara Bingham is an award-winning journalist and the author of&nb

 e Hill\,</em> and the co-writer of&nbsp\;<em>Class Action</em>. A former W
 ashington\, DC\, correspondent for&nbsp\;Newsweek\, her writing has appear
