 cal suncatcher-making workshop inspired by the magic of light and color. U
 sing vibrant materials and a sprinkle of imagination\, you&rsquo\;ll craft
  your own suncatcher to brighten your space and your mood. As you work\, w
 e&rsquo\;ll have "Here Comes the Sun" and other Beatles favorites playing 
 to keep the creative vibes flowing. By the end of the session\, you&rsquo\
 ;ll leave with your own dazzling creation\, ready to hang in a sunny spot 
 where it can shine on through the rest of winter!</p>\n<p><strong>Kaija Ma
 rshall</strong>&nbsp\;is a yoga instructor\, birth &amp\; postpartum doula
  and holistic workshop facilitator. She earned her Master's degree in Soci
 al Work from San Diego State University in 2015\, her 200 RYS Yoga Instruc
 tor certificate in 2016 and her Birth Doula &amp\; Postpartum Doula traini
 ng in 2019. She currently serves growing families as a doula all over Bend
 . Before moving into the perinatal sphere\, she worked at Girl Scouts San 
 Diego as an Evaluation Specialist\, Camp Counselor &amp\; Outreach Program
  Leader\, all while moonlighting as a nanny for families in San Diego Coun
 ty. She firmly believes in the purpose of play\, and seeks to encourage mi
 nd\, body &amp\; soul connections through movement\, productive dialogue a
 nd authentic connection. She believes that data synthesis and gut feelings
  both have a place in decision making-- this is also reflected in her back
 ground: a unique mix of higher education &amp\; holistic training-- and th
 is foundation allows her to help folks bridge the gap between institutiona
 l &amp\; instinctual knowledge to a place of understanding.</p>\n<p></p>\n
