 k at these birds the same way ever again. This talk wraps up with a messag
 e of conservation and understanding.</p>\n<p>Naturalist\, wildlife photogr
 apher and author/writer Stan Tekiela is the originator of the popular stat
 e-specific field guides such as Birds of Illiinois Field Guide\, Trees of 
 Illinois Field Guide and man y more. Over the past four decades Stan has a
 uthored more than 200 field guides\, nature appreciation books and wildlif
 e audio CDs for nearly every state in the nation\, presenting many species
  of birds\, mammals\, reptiles and amphibians\, trees\, wildflowers and ca
 cti.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural History 
 from the University of Minnesota and as an active professional naturalist 
 for more than 40 years\, Stan studies and photographs wildlife throughout 
 the United States and has received various national and regional awards fo
 r his books and photographs.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Also a well-known columnist and 
 radio personality\, his syndicated column appears in over 20 newspapers an
 d his wildlife programs are broadcast on a number of Midwest radio station
 s. He is a member of the North American Nature Photography Association and
  Canon Professional Services along with many other professional organizati
 ons.</p>\n<p>A coalition of McHenry County public libraries are pleased to
  host Stan Tekiela on Wednesday\, April 9th at 7 pm at the Luecht Auditori
 um at McHenry County College. Copies of&nbsp\;his books will be available 
 for purchase and signing at the event courtesy of Read Between the Lynes b
 ookstore of Woodstock. Registration is required for this free author event
 .</p>\n<p>This event is part of the&nbsp\;McHenry County Libraries - Let's
  All Read Together&nbsp\;community reading program. County residents are e
