Safe &\; In Charge\, a course for 5th t hrough 8th graders\, covers basic life safety\, childcare\, business skill s\, basic CPR\, first aid\, and choking. This is not just a course for tho se looking to become #sittersuperstars\; anyone who wants to be more equip ped for all that life can throw at them can join! Elizabeth Lea\, an educa tor with more than 20 years of experience teaching middle school and virtu al programming\, will lead the instruction.

A few attendance rules:

·\; Parents/Guardians must accompany students into the classroom to sign them in and out.

·\; Only instructors and students wil l be allowed in the classroom once the course starts. This includes the lu nch breaks.

·\; You will kneel on the floor for some parts o f the course\, so wear appropriate and comfortable clothing.

&midd ot\; Class is scheduled to end at 3:00pm with a graduation ceremony right after.
