DESCRIPTION:Rolling Hills Library is proud to host our second annual chess

 o sections\, one for USCF rated play and one open to anyone. We may divide
  the rated section into two sections based on rating if more than 20 playe
 rs register in advance. There is no registration fee for any section. Each
  section will have 4 rounds\, Swiss style. Doors open at 9am for those not
  yet registered and the first round is set begin at 10am. Please arrive ea
 rly to check in. Awards consist of 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place medals for ea
 ch section.</p>\n<p>Registration Fee: None</p>\n<p>Sections: 2 (3 with eno
