  YOUR APPOINTMENT</p>\n<p>General<br />â— Federal and State return(s)
  for 2022 and 2023. Tax-Aide can prepare and amend returns for 2023\, 2022
  &amp\; 2021.<br />â— Social Security cards for yourself and every in
 dividual on your return.<br />â— Photo I.D. required for all taxpayer
 s.<br />â— Void check or documentation of bank routing number and acc
 ount number if you want to direct deposit any refund(s)into your bank acco
 unt.<br />â— All letters or other documentation received from IRS con
 cerning your 2023 tax return\, issuance of an IRS Identity Protection PIN\
 , or any other correspondence.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;Income<br />â— W-2 from
  each employer<br />â— Unemployment compensation statements<br />â
 — SSA-1099 Form showing the total Social Security benefits paid to you
  for the year\, or Form RRB-1099\, Tier 1 Railroad Retirement benefits<br

 ion or itemizing their deductions. If you have a substantial amount of ded
 uctions\, you may want to itemize. You will need to bring the following in

 â— A list of medical/dental expenses (including doctor and hospital b
 ills and medical insurance premiums)\, a list of prescription medicines\, 
 costs of assisted living services\, and bills for home improvements such a
 s ramps and railings for people with disabilities<br />â— Summary of 
 contributions to charity<br />â— Receipts or canceled checks for all 
 quarterly or other paid tax<br />â— Property Tax bills and proof of p
 ayment<br />â— Please note: If you itemized last year\, bring all the
  information on the deductions listed above this year. Although the standa
 rd deduction has increased under the new tax law\, it may be advantageous
