 a writer and community activist. She lives in Somerville\, Massachusetts w
 ith her husband\, children\, and two cats where she&rsquo\;s active on the
  local community preservation committee and high school parent-teacher-stu
 dent association. She is a part- time grant writer at the Massachusetts In
 stitute of Technology Introduction to Technology\, Engineering\, and Scien
 ce department. Her writing has appeared in publications of the <em>Health 
 Story Collaborative</em>\, the <em>National Library of Poetry</em>\, and W
