 ><em>Bedlam</em></a>\, the first major documentary to explore the crisis i
 n care of severely mentally-ill patients in America.</p>\n<p>Panelists inc
 lude <strong>Brian King</strong>\, Sheriff of Clallam County\; <strong>Lar
 ry Jackson Sr.</strong>\, Elder and Community Member\; <strong>Rachelle Ni
 cholas</strong>\, Health Services Manager\, Clallam Bay Corrections Center
