 ag pick up</strong><br />Parks Operations staff will pick up your red litt
 er clean up bags. Please only use the red bags\, the City will not pick up
  other types or colours of bags. Make sure your red litter bags are placed
  in these locations only: against an existing City garbage can\, at the fr
 ontage of a park or trailhead\, and/or visible from a road. <strong>Do not
 </strong> leave bags scattered down trails or in the middle of a park\, or
  with your household garbage on your collection day\, or on private proper
