These units not only addressed cr itical issues but also served as a model for other prosecutorial agencies\ , showcasing best practices in victim support\, prevention\, and accountab ility. \;During her tenure\, Carmen collaborated with community partn ers to create innovative programs aimed at raising awareness\, supporting victims\, and preventing exploitation.
