 d research serves as a platform to amplify diverse voices and narratives. 
 Through her articles\, books\, and other forms of media\, she brings atten
 tion to the often overlooked or marginalized stories that have shaped the 
 fabric of America. Briana is the author of the Black history book\,&nbsp\;
 Black Broadway in Washington\, DC\, and a contributing author to the trave
 l book&nbsp\;Where to Go When: The Americas. She is the Arts and Culture W
 riter for Washingtonian Magazine\, and a frequent contributor to Smithsoni
 an Magazine. Briana co-hosts a weekly culture segment on WTOP Radio. She e
 arned a Master of Journalism degree from the University of &nbsp\;Maryland
 -College Park and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications 
 from Greensboro College. Briana is a licensed DC tour guide\, and the foun
 der of walking tour company Black Broadway Travel\, which has been feature
 d on television networks such as ABC\, NBC and CBS.</p>\n<p><img src="http
