 ists! Creative activities for youth &amp\; families will be held in the Yo
 uth Services department from 2-4pm. Youth &amp\; families are encouraged t
 o make their own "time capsule" as a personal archiving project\, containi
 ng their dreams and projections for the future. The Memory Lab will be set
  up for teens to turn digital photos into physical mementos\, ready to be 
 stored inside. Artists awards will be announced at 3PM. Light refreshments
