 tml">Brigadier General Charles E. McGee Library</a>&nbsp\;to celebrate a l
 ove of literacy by reading one-on-one with previously selected JCA Interag
 es volunteers. This program is geared toward children ages from Kindergart
 en through third grade. Children can bring their own book or select one fr
 om the library. JCA volunteers&nbsp\;are preselected and vetted and also t
 rained by JCA staff in communication and intergenerational interactions.&n
 bsp\;No advanced registration or appointment needed. Participants can drop
