 d baby bounce rhymes. Baby Lapsit Storytime is developmentally appropriate
  for children from birth to when they start walking. It's designed so that
  the baby will be in their caregiver&rsquo\;s lap and caregivers are activ
 e participants. This program provides a wonderful opportunity for babies t
 o experience stories and rhythm and feel close to their caregivers. Caregi
 vers will enjoy playing with their babies\, learning early literacy tips\,
  and socializing with other caregivers after storytime. The library will p
 rovide developmentally appropriate toys for Stay and Play.</p>\n<p><strong
 >Please note:</strong>This program is for pre-walking babies. Toddlers who
  love to walk on their own are encouraged to attend our Family Storytimes 
 on Monday morning and Tuesday evening.</p>\n<p>Library Program Attendance 
 (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the sug
 gested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under 
 the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program i
 ntended for children must have an accompanying child.</p>\n<p><strong>Look
