  past decade\, musicians from all across the Americas have collaborated to

  series connecting students and community with unique cultures from major 
 world groups. The program aims to broaden communities&rsquo\; positive exp
 osure to different cultures\, help them recognize and respect differences 
 and similarities between themselves and persons of other cultures\, and st
 rengthen their own cultural identity. The week culminates in a concert for
