 te plan&mdash\;a will\, a power of attorney\, and an advance directive. Sh
 e will also give tips on how to avoid the court-supervised process of the 
 distribution of assets after someone dies\, known as probate. Rose&nbsp\;w
 ill briefly touch on revocable living trusts.</p>\n<p>Rose C. Crunkleton h
 as been practicing in estates and trusts for over 30 years. She has a bach
 elor&rsquo\;s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland in College
  Park. Rose&nbsp\;is active in many community organizations and formerly s
 erved as an elected member of the Calvert County Board of Education. She w
 as recently appointed by the Governor of Maryland to serve on the judicial
  nominating commissions for Calvert and St. Mary&rsquo\;s counties. Rose&n
 bsp\;was judicial law clerk to the Honorable Steven I. Platt of the Circui
 t Court of Prince George&rsquo\;s County\, and practiced law with her fath
 er\, George A. Wilkinson\, in Hyattsville.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This event is sp
