 iana.org/</a>.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Dr. Legge grew up in the United Kingdom (in 
 South Wales) and moved to America in 1997. He has been a practicing physic
 ian in the Indianapolis area for last 17 years. He and his wife Sarah have
  three adult daughters and have lived in Fishers since 2008. Dr. Legge has
  been collecting Jane Austen rare books for almost 30 years. His collectio
 n includes English\, French and American first editions. For the last 10 y
 ears\, he has specialized in pictorial Victorian editions (many of which a
 re harder to find than first editions) and has many beautiful examples. Tw
 o years ago\, he was able to personally donate a very rare first French ed
 ition (in original paper wrappers) of Austen&rsquo\;s Persuasion to the Ja
 ne Austen House Museum in Chawton\, England. You can view the book on thei
