 urnal? Would you like to develop a journaling practice and create your own
  personal journal? Here's your opportunity! The inexperienced\, slightly-e
 xperienced and experienced are welcome! We will explore journaling through
  assigned journal prompts\, the written word\, and reflection. It will be 
 a safe atmosphere and sharing is optional. In this program\, the focus wil
 l be on the benefits of journaling and how to use writing prompts.</p>\n<p
 >The focus will be on manual writing methods and materials used include: p
 aper pencils and drawing tools. If you attend in-person\, you will receive
  a free journaling notebook. The in-person group will meet in Group Meetin
 g Room 5\, located in the Children's room</p>\n<p>February is Black Histor
 y Month\, the journaling prompts this month will include wise\, stirring\,
  and thought-provoking words/quotes from Black Americans offers much to in
