\nCory \;Doctorow \;is a science fiction author\, activist and journalist. He is the author of many books\, most recently PICKS AND S HOVELS (a followup to THE BEZZLE)\, THE BEZZLE (a followup to RED TEAM BLU ES) and THE LOST CAUSE\, a solarpunk science fiction novel of hope amidst the climate emergency. His most recent nonfiction book is THE INTERNET CON : HOW TO SEIZE THE MEANS OF COMPUTATION\, a Big Tech disassembly manual. O ther recent books include RED TEAM BLUES\, a science fiction crime thrille r\; CHOKEPOINT CAPITALISM\, nonfiction about monopoly and creative labor m arkets\; the LITTLE BROTHER series for young adults\; IN REAL LIFE\, a gra phic novel\; and the picture book POESY THE MONSTER SLAYER. \nMatt Stoller \;( \;@matthewstoller) is a public intellectual who writes about the American anti-monopoly tradition . He is the author of the Simon and Schuster book \;Goliath: The Hundr ed Year War Between Monopoly Power and Democracy. \;Stoller is the Dir ector of Research at the American Economic Liberties Project. He is the co -host of the podcast \; \;Organized Money \;and publishes an e mail newsletter called BIG.
\nStoller is a former policy advisor to the Senate Budget Committee\, and worked in the House of Representatives o n the Dodd&ndash\;Frank Wall Street Reform Act.
\nHe has lectured on competition policy and media at Columbia University\, Harvard Law\, Duke Law\, Bertelsmann Foundation\, Vrije Universiteit Brussel\, West Point and the National Communications Commission of Taiwan.
