\nAlison Nail-Malone is a credentialed End of Life Doula and Guide\ , as well as a Grief Educator and Coach. With over 15 years of experience in career and life coaching\, and 20 years in talent training and developm ent\, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Her journey int o end-of-life care was profoundly shaped by her personal experience as a c aregiver\, decision-maker\, and companion for her father until his passing in July 2020. This transformative experience inspired her to become an En d of Life Doula. Alison's deep understanding of grief and the end-of-life process empowers her to guide individuals and families with compassion and wisdom.
