 goal is to replace fear with understanding\, preparation\, and peace of mi
 nd. You'll also receive a practical toolkit\, complete with guides and che
 cklists\, to confidently initiate these crucial conversations.</p>\n<p>Whe
 ther you're planning for the future or addressing current needs\, we're he
 re to empower and educate. Let&rsquo\;s discuss this important topic toget

 </p>\n<p>Alison Nail-Malone is a credentialed End of Life Doula and Guide\
 , as well as a Grief Educator and Coach. With over 15 years of experience 
 in career and life coaching\, and 20 years in talent training and developm
 ent\, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Her journey int
 o end-of-life care was profoundly shaped by her personal experience as a c
 aregiver\, decision-maker\, and companion for her father until his passing
  in July 2020. This transformative experience inspired her to become an En
 d of Life Doula. Alison's deep understanding of grief and the end-of-life 
 process empowers her to guide individuals and families with compassion and
  wisdom. Join her workshop to explore how to navigate these challenging ti
