 rn Washtenaw County community. The position is a 2-year pilot program (wit
 h the intention of extension) that partners with Chelsea School District\,
  Washtenaw County Community Mental Health\, Chelsea Police Department\, Ch
 elsea Trinity Hospital\, Chelsea District Library\, Chelsea Senior Center\
 , 5 Healthy Towns Foundation and others countywide to provide access to fo
