Deschutes County is developing a residenti al property in SW Redmond to support adults with intellectual and developm ental disabilities (IDD). \; We want neighbors to understand the proje ct we&rsquo\;re working on and how it will help to better support family m embers within our community. Deschutes County will be hosting a community forum with IDD Program Manager\, Paul Partridge\, and project coordinators to provide more information on the program as well as answer any question s our neighbors may have.

\nABOUT THE PRESEN TER
\nPaul Partridge is the Program Manager at the Deschute s County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Program. \; He graduated from Western Oregon State College with a Bachelor degree in Music\, minoring in Communications. \; Paul has served three different County IDD programs in Oregon over the past 25 years\, most of that time in a leadership role. \; Other than managing an IDD program\, he has s upervised an IDD crisis program\, investigated abuse\, provided IDD case m anagement services and for several years before entering a County program\ ; he provided direct employment supports to adults with IDD in the Willame tte valley. \;
