 forum with IDD Program Manager\, Paul Partridge\, and project coordinators
  to provide more information on the program as well as answer any question
 s our neighbors may have.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE PRESEN
 TER</strong></p>\n<p>Paul Partridge is the Program Manager at the Deschute
 s County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Program.&nbsp\;
  He graduated from Western Oregon State College with a Bachelor degree in 
 Music\, minoring in Communications.&nbsp\; Paul has served three different
  County IDD programs in Oregon over the past 25 years\, most of that time 
 in a leadership role.&nbsp\; Other than managing an IDD program\, he has s
 upervised an IDD crisis program\, investigated abuse\, provided IDD case m
 anagement services and for several years before entering a County program\
 ; he provided direct employment supports to adults with IDD in the Willame
