 >\n<ul>\n<li>One entry per person or team.</li>\n<li>Only non-perishable i
 tems (other than the PEEPS&reg\;!): please do not use things that could ge
 t moldy or rotten while they are here at the library. Ask a librarian if y
 ou are unsure.</li>\n<li>Entries may not exceed 11 inches wide by 8 1/2 de
 ep or we can not guarantee display if it exceeds these dimensions.</li>\n<
 li>Family friendly: people of all ages come to the library\, please make i
 t appropriate for everyone!&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Be creative! You can use pain
 t\, paper\, beads\, feathers\, markers\, etc. If you want\, you can make a
  theme\, or model it after your favorite book or movie. Just make sure it 
 includes one or more Peeps marshmallows!</li>\n<li>Do not put your name on
