 evelopment company. He has developed novel insights into&nbsp\;leadership 
 thinking and practice.</p>\n<p><strong>Dr.&nbsp\;George&nbsp\;L. Hanbury I
 I</strong>\, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nova Southeastern Un
 iversity (NSU) in Fort Lauderdale\, Florida. In addition to his duties as 
 President and CEO\, he is also a Professor for NSU&rsquo\;s H. Wayne Huize
 nga College&nbsp\;of Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to his appointme
 nt as President\, Dr. Hanbury served as NSU&rsquo\;s Executive Vice Presid
