 ng>: Kids in grades K-12 can participate. There will be three different ca
 tegories: <strong>grades K-3\, 4-8\, 9-12</strong>.&nbsp\;<br /><strong>Wh
 at</strong>: Design and decorate a bookmark for the library!&nbsp\;<br /><
 strong>When</strong>: Submissions accepted between<strong> March 1st - Mar
 ch 21st</strong>. Winners will be contacted at the beginning of April.&nbs
 p\;<br /><strong>Winners</strong>: One winner and runner up will be chosen
  in each category.&nbsp\;<br /><strong>Reception</strong>: All participant
 s are invited to a reception during Library Week to showcase their artwork
 . (Date of reception to be announced.)</p>\n<p>Let your imagination run wi
