 n<p>Join the Jacksonville Public Library to watch the documentary Great Un
 sung Women of Computing followed by a presentation and Q &amp\; A with Ani
 a Wilson</p>\n<p>Ania Wilson is an engineer and designer with a commitment
  to making STEM accessible to everyone. She works to inspire students to p
 ursue coding and technology-related fields. In 2024\, she published her fi
 rst book\, C Plus Me: Byta Bot's C++ Kickstart Guide for middle grade stud
 ents. Ania is an alumna of Florida A&amp\;M University with a degree in in
 dustrial engineering and computer science. She is a member of Delta Sigma 
 Theta Sorority\, Inc. and is active with the National Society of Black Eng
 ineers. She is currently working in digital media for Northrop Grumman&rsq
 uo\;s Cyber Systems Engineering team. Ania&rsquo\;s passion is the power o
 f innovation\, resilience and the pursuit of excellence in inspiring futur
 e generations in STEM.</p>\n<p><strong>About the film:</strong>&nbsp\;&nbs
 p\;</p>\n<p>In the United States\, women are vastly underrepresented in ST
 EM (Science\, Technology\, Engineering &amp\; Math) fields\, holding under
  25% of STEM jobs and a disproportionately low share of STEM undergraduate
  degrees. Great Unsung Women in Computing is a series of three remarkable 
 documentary films that show how women revolutionized the computing and Int
 ernet technology we use today\, inspiring female students to believe that 
 programming careers lie within their grasp.</p>\n<p>Winner of the Grand Ju
 ry Award for Best Short Documentary at the&nbsp\;United Nations Associatio
 n Film Festival.</p>\n<p>Registration is required for this event\, and mus
 t be completed two hours prior to the start time. A library card and PIN a
 re required for registration. If you do not have a card\, click&nbsp\;<a h
