Centered around Jeanette Small's recently published book In Lucid Color - Witnessing Psilocybin Journeys\, the author will detail her experiences serving as a licensed psilocybin fa cilitator for clients of various backgrounds who seek help for a wide rang e of presenting issues. Therapeutic opportunities and limitations\, pragma tic considerations for psychedelic treatments\, observed treatment outcome s\, and considerations around legal status and the interactions of overlap ping\, but distinct systems such as healthcare insurance\, FDA\, local jur isdictions and federal regulations\, and taxation will be discussed. Jeanette Small is one of the first licensed psilocybin facilitators in Oregon and has been providin g services in her own licensed service center\, Lucid Cradle\, in Bend\, O R since August 2023. Her education (MA &\; PhD in Clinical Psychology w ith emphasis on Somatic Psychology) and her clinical experience working wi th families in crisis\, adolescents in foster care\, and individuals strug gling with addiction\, post-traumatic stress and depression\, have informe d Jeanette's approach to service provision utilizing a psychedelic substan ce to access therapeutic opportunities for often treatment-resistant clien ts and those who seek personal growth without a psychiatric diagnosis.
