 hich all players play in all rounds\, there are no eliminations. It is ope
 n only to beginner to intermediate players (unranked to 1400 USCF ratings 
 only - no advanced players please). This is an informal tournament for fun
  only\, it is not official or sanctioned in any way or meant to help playe
 rs advance into other competitions.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>All registrants will re
 ceive a Google form via email to fill out to help tournament organizers de
 termine their skill level for the initial pairings. <strong>Registrants wh
 o do not submit the Google form by March 22 will be removed from the list 
 and their spot will be given to a person on the waitlist.&nbsp\;</strong><
 /p>\n<p><strong>Unfortunately\, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. Advance re
 gistration is required. </strong></p>\n<p>We expect there to be five round
 s of play but a sixth final round may be necessary to determine the winner
 .&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>We will have a limited number of chess clocks available. 
 By signing up to play\, you are agreeing that you may have to use a person
 al phone using ChessClock.org to participate.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>There will be
  an hour break for lunch. Players are expected to bring their own lunch\, 
 no kitchen or microwave facilities will be provided. There will be a snack
