 wyn Rye is a graduate of Transylvania University and a long-time resident 
 of Central Kentucky. Edwyn has worked most recently with United Way of the
  Bluegrass on several grant&nbsp\;applications with awards totaling over $
 250K. He is a current advisory board member of the Bluegrass Community Fou
 ndation&rsquo\;s BGCF365 initiative and collaborates with a grant collecti
 ve\, where he specializes in budgets\, budget narratives\, and editing. Ed
 wyn also operates a local grant assistance program dedicated to improving 
 the quantity&nbsp\;and quality of grant writing for community-focused nonp
