 brary users and their caregivers. These 20-30-minute storytimes introduce 
 a diverse collection of books\, songs\, rhymes and bounces developmentally
  appropriate for children from birth to when they start walking.</p>\n<p>T
 his is a wonderful way to introduce your child to the joys and culture of 
 reading in a positive and fun atmosphere. This storytime is designed so th
 e baby will be in their caregiver&rsquo\;s lap and the grownup is actively
  involved in the program.</p>\n<p>After storytime\, stay or drop-in at 11A
 M for a playtime for ages 0-3 and their caregivers. Educational toys will 
 be available in our Children's Program Room for an hour of fun and games.<
 /p>\n<p>Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is lim
 ited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Childr
 en attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an 
 adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accom
