Do you eat with your ears? How do the soun ds of eating impact your enjoyment of food? During this session\, we will experiment with auditory filters to see how it changes the eating experien ce. We'll try foods with a variety of textures\, so come ready to snack!\n

PLEASE NOTE: At this time we are unable to accommo date food allergies. If you have severe allergies to gluten\, dairy\, and/ or nuts\, this class might not be for you.
